Is the sample really free?
Yes. One Short, cut from a video you choose, with no card and no obligation. If it isn't right for your channel, you keep the sample and we part as friends.
Do you need access to my YouTube account?
No. I only need the video link. I send you MP4 files, and you upload them yourself.
How do you pick which moments to cut?
I look for moments where one complete idea lands in 25–35 seconds and starts on a sentence strong enough to hook in the first 2 seconds. If you have favorite moments, add timestamps in the note and I'll start there.
How many Shorts can one long video give me?
It depends on the video. A long talking video often has several moments that work on their own. When you order a batch, send as many videos as you like, and I'll tell you if I need more source material to fill it.
How fast is turnaround?
Starter (5 Shorts) in 3 business days, Standard (10) in 4, Pro (20) in 5, counted from when your payment and video links are in.
What if I want changes?
Each batch includes one revision round. Within 7 days of delivery, tell me what to change in one message (a different start point, a caption fix, a trim) and I'll send back the updated files.
What do I send you?
Links to the long YouTube videos you want cut. That's it. If you have favorite moments or topics, add them in a note; otherwise I pick the strongest clips.
What do I get back?
Vertical 9:16 MP4 files with captions burned in, ready to upload as Shorts. You post them yourself, on your schedule.
